time for another visit to the phone booth, a.k.a. the verizon center, f.k.a. the mci center, to see the washington capitals take on (and actually beat) the l.a. kings.
it was military appreciation night at the hockey game. the two people behind the mannequins were working at this booth which was showcasing military uniforms and gear. when i took my camera out of my pocket, they both suddenly moved behind the mannequins as if either seeking cover or preparing to march the mannequins out of the shot.
